Please read these information before commissioning me.

(By commissioning me, that means you have read and agreed all of my terms)

  • What I can do:

      OC, Fanart, nudity. 

  • What I can’t do:

      furry, gore, horror, mecha, heavy NSFW, …

      (If there is something I can’t draw, I’ll tell you)

  Price list​

  • Portrait: from 100$

  • Half body: from 150$

  • Full body: from 200$

  •  +$$ for decorative elements (weapons, wings, props, flowers, accessories, tail, pet, etc…)

  •  +$$ for detailed background (simple background is free.)

  •  +$$ for NSFW and commercial commission.

  •  ​Additional char +90% of original character price.

  • NDA required (privacy fee) + 100%

          

Payment

  • Paypal (US$ only) and domestic transfer (exchange rate 1USD-25,000vnd)​

  • The price above does not include the PayPal fee.

  • I will send you an invoice.

Term and condition:

  • Copyright belongs to the artist.

  • Prices above are for personal use only.

  • For "commercial commission", let dm me to discuss more about it.

  • I will draw my own style, please check carefully the samples carefully before commissioning me.

  • I have got the right to refuse any commission if it's not within my ability, or because the customer has attitudes and requests that unacceptable and insulting to me. please understand for this.

  • I can post your commission complete art and W.I.P on my social network (Facebook, Twitter, Pixiv, DeviantArt,...) with low resolution and watermark. 

  • You will get the final product as high-quality PNG files, PSD files need to be discussed more.

  • Please understand that the speed of completing a commission depends on my workload, a commission may take 1~6 months to finish or more. If something (illness, urgent work, etc...) interrupts me I'll let you know. Please be patient! ^^

  • No refunds unless I’m unable to finish the commission.

  • Do not claim, edit, reproduce my artworks as your own.

  • Do not feed my art for AI training.

  • English isn't my first language, so please write clearly and simply. Thank you for understanding ^^

  • These price list and terms may change public without notice.

How to order - Process:

1. To get started, please fill this form " ORDER FORM ". 

After that, I will contact you via the social media you provided to confirm before adding to the waitlist.

2. I’ll contact you again when your slot comes up.
You can update, change, or cancel your order before we start.

In case continue, we will discuss this commission in more detail. In this step you will send me more specific information to draw:

  • Type of Commission

  • Character name

  • Character Description/References (pose, facial expression, outfit, character's personality, outstanding features,..., or any information that you think is important.)

  • Additional note (optional)

Send me your simple sketch about commission will help me so much ^^

Note that the closer the reference, the better your commission will be!

 

3. Next step, I will send you a Paypal invoice. You can choose:

  • Full payment: Commissioner who paid in full will be added to the working list in order of priority

  • Partial payment: Just pay 50% and you have your slot secured, pay the remaining 50% after I send the sketch. I will only continue to complete the commission after received the remaining 50%.

(pay the full amount or the first 50% amount within 1 week from the time I send the invoice. If you don't pay after 1 week, I'll cancel the slot. 50% amount remain has to pay around a week after the sketch is approved)

 

4. Doing the commission:

  • Rough Sketch:
    I will provide three options for the composition and pose for you to choose from.

  • Sketch:
    Once the rough sketch is approved, I will proceed with a more detailed sketch.

  • Color Sketch:
    I will provide three color options for you to choose from.

  • Painting:
    Once the color sketch is approved, I will proceed with the final painting.

  • Revisions:
    You may request up to 3 minor detail corrections for free throughout the entire process. Any additional changes or major revisions will be subject to an extra fee depending on the complexity of the adjustment. The additional fee and must be paid in full before starting.

(I will provide a WIP update at each stage for you to review and approve before I proceed to the next step (if you do not ask for more))

 

5. I will continue to complete the commission and the approved results will be sent to you via a Drive file.
